Recently, our company (Ally Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has received reports from several job seekers stating that unauthorized individuals are using our company’s name to contact applicants via recruitment platforms such as BOSS Zhipin. These individuals have been conducting fake interviews, sending fraudulent employment offers, and issuing onboarding notifications. There are also suspected instances of soliciting application fees, training fees, and deposits, or illegally harvesting sensitive personal information. Such actions not only severely infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of job seekers but also cause adverse effects on our brand reputation and legal rights.

To clarify the facts and prevent more job seekers from being deceived, the Company hereby issues the following solemn declaration:

I. Official Recruitment Channels

All official recruitment information from our Company is released exclusively through the following channels:

II. Solemn Commitment Regarding Recruitment

◉ No Fees Throughout the Process: 

The Company does not charge any fees (including application fees, training fees, deposits, security bonds, document fees, etc.) from job seekers under any pretext during the entire recruitment process (including application, resume screening, written tests, interviews, health checks, and onboarding).

◉ Strict Protection of Personal Information:

The Company collects personal information of job seekers only within the necessary scope for employment needs and manages and keeps it confidential in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We will never require job seekers to provide sensitive information unrelated to the job position, such as bank card passwords or verification codes.

III. Solemn Declaration Against Infringement

All agencies and individuals who unauthorizedly use our Company’s name to conduct fake recruitment must immediately cease all infringing and illegal activities. The Company has fully documented relevant evidence of such infringement and reserves the right to pursue all legal responsibilities of the relevant subjects through all lawful means, including administrative complaints, civil litigation, and criminal reporting.

IV. Warning to Job Seekers

We urge all job seekers to remain vigilant and carefully verify information. Any request for money transfers, payments, or fees during the recruitment process is a scam. Any recruitment information released through personal WeChat accounts, private QQ accounts, unknown links, or other non-official channels is not issued by our Company. Please be alert to these and report them actively.

V. Verification and Reporting in Case of Victimization
