Successful Renewal of Pressure Vessel Design Qualification License

Recently, the Sichuan Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Research Institute 

came to the headquarters of Ally Hydrogen Energy Company and held a pressure vessel 

design qualification license renewal review meeting. A total of 17 pressure vessel and 

pressure pipeline designers from the company participated in the on-site review. 

After two days of review, written examination, and defense, all of them successfully passed!

During the on-site review, the review team conducted a comprehensive appraisal 

in terms of resource conditions, quality assurance system, design assurance capabilities, etc. 

in accordance with the review plan and appraisal procedures. Obtain objective answers through 

on-site inspection of the design site, on-site examination of professionals, verification of software, 

hardware and personnel resources, and drawing defense. After two days of review, the review team 

believed that the company has the resources to meet production needs, has established and effectively 

implemented a quality assurance system that is consistent with the scope of the license, 

and has the design and technical capabilities to meet the requirements of special 

equipment safety technical specifications and related standards.

Previously, 13 design and approval personnel of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines 

from the company had participated in the unified examination for special equipment design and 

approval personnel organized by the State Administration for Market Regulation, and all of them passed the review.


This certificate renewal successfully passed the review, which not only meets the company's 

needs for pressure pipeline and pressure vessel design business, 

but also serves as a comprehensive inspection of the company's design qualifications. In the future, 

Ally Hydrogen Energy will strictly abide by the standards and specifications in the design 

of pressure pipelines and pressure vessels, continue to revise and improve the quality assurance system, 

consolidate and improve design technical capabilities, and design safe, reliable, and high-quality equipment.
